Lootmkt Return Policy

At Lootmkt, we aim to make returns as straightforward as possible, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers. Below is our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds to guide you through the process.

1. Standard Return Policy

15-Day Return Window: Most items purchased on Lootmkt are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new or like-new condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized products, and downloadable software. The product detail page will specify if an item is non-returnable.

2. Initiating a Return

Easy Online Returns: To initiate a return, log into your Lootmkt account, locate your order under “Order History,” and select the item you wish to return. Our system will guide you through the return process.

Prepaid Return Label: Depending on the item and reason for return, a prepaid return label may be provided. For eligible items, please print and attach the return label to your package and drop it at any courier location.

3. Refund Process

Refund Timing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.

Refund to Original Payment Method: Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method. In some cases, a store credit may be issued as an alternative.

4. Exchanges

Replacement Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may be eligible for a free replacement. Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Wrong Size or Color: If you need to exchange for a different size or color, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

5. Return Conditions

Inspection Process: Items must pass a quality inspection to qualify for a refund. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts may only receive a partial refund or no refund.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is free if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
